How people log in, and what to do when they cannot.
Log in
- Open SonicCloud.
- Enter your Email and Password.
- Select Remember Me to stay signed in on this computer.
- Choose Log In.
Forgot your password
Choose Forgot Password? on the login window and follow the steps.
Log out
Open the SonicCloud icon menu in the notification area, then choose Account and Log Out.
If login fails
| Symptom | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Email is empty!" | Enter the email address for the account. |
| Wrong email or password | Check for typing mistakes, or reset the password with Forgot Password?. |
| The login window does not respond | Check that the workstation can reach the internet, then contact your IT team. |
