Sign in or activate, take the short tour and build your first profile.
The first time you open SonicCloud it walks you through the essentials.
Sign in or activate
Log in with your SonicCloud account. If you do not have one, choose Need an Account? and sign up, or subscribe monthly or annually on our website. Organizations create their accounts on the enterprise sign-up page. See Account and subscription.
Take the quick tour
A short tour introduces the main window. It explains how to find a comfortable listening level with the volume control, choose a profile, and adjust the sliders. Select Got it to move through each step.
Run the Tuning Wizard
SonicCloud offers to enable personalized sound. Make sure the headphones you normally use are plugged in, then continue. This takes less than five minutes. See Tuning Wizard.
Try it out
Play a video, join a call or listen to music. Open the main window at any time to change profiles or adjust the sliders.
Keep SonicCloud running
When SonicCloud is running you can always reach it from the notification area of the taskbar. To have it start when you sign in to your computer, select Open at login in Preferences. See Preferences.
